Bitch

(See what I did there?) If you fancy becoming thoroughly irritated by someone who should know better, pay Bryan a visit, then to ease any undue anxieties and soothe yourself back into a comfortable state of intellectual Nirvana, remind yourself of this.

Is it the bankers fault for the credit crunch, or imbecile home owners taking out more than they can afford?
Jesus Christ the myth - he wasn't even born in Nazareth (sp?).
ID cards and holding DNA over here.
I deffo want to see that climate change one
Is the PM's pay high enough?

I watched question time again, now you've mentioned it and reinforced in my head that some of the clapping was odd, now I can't but notice it all the time. All the time.

Yep, the applause bug is infecting our nation. Once you notice it, it will never go away. Question Time isn't what it used to be.

From what you suggest, I'll definitely post the global warming exchange up here, although I'm afraid it's not particularly illuminating.

I shall examine the possibility of posting about Jesus. It's worth noting on that question alone that his existence is intrinsic to the Christain religion. Without evidence for the existence of Jesus, the whole construct of Christianity falls down. It's sometimes proposed that his moral teachings are enough to support the construct of Christianity. This is wholly untrue. It is absolutely central to the moral assertions of Christianity that he, not only existed, but also was born of a virgin, died under torture, and rose from the dead. Shall we get it out of the way now and state that the likelihood of at least one of these affirmations to be misguided, rather than be true to the scripture, is extremely minimal. And that's being pretty conservative, as I think you'll agree.

In terms of the economic questions, I'm afraid that's one area where I remain quite ignorant. Though, I would appreciate your thoughts.
